Capatosta er produceret på sangiovese, beriget med en lille procentdel af de traditionelle Alicante druer. Capatosta viser alle karakteristika for området: glat, elegant og koncentreret, og med et ekstra touch af stil og fast struktur. En reel super toscaner.
